Baseball practice

We are now one of those families that run and run over the summer school break. This year Trent wanted to play baseball (T-ball). So we go to practice - sometimes 2X's a week and have a game every Saturday for two months. I never knew T-ball was such a serious sport....

Bunny Power!

Mr. T got this from school and insisted on wearing it to hunt for his eggs...it gave him extra power! LOL! Gosh this kid is cute!

Making suger cookies!

Well I thought it would be a good idea at the time, but once the sugar cookie process started I knew I was in trouble! Two young boys and flour DO NOT mix well!!

They had fun and it took me an hour to clean the kitchen! :-)

Trent turns FIVE!!!

just born - we were excited you were finally here...


turning 1 - you weren't walking yet, but we were so thankful you were sleeping thru the night! YAY!!



2nd birthday - we thought we breezed thru the terrible two's but then we figured out they really start until you turned THREE!




3rd birthday - such a big boy now, and you were ready for your big boy bed!



4th birthday - You are so excited to be going to preschool and riding on the bus.



5th birthday - Mr. Independent now, you no longer like holding my hand to cross the street and tell me all the time "MOM, I can do it MYSELF"! I'm just not ready for you to be grown up yet!

Trent's Big Day!

He has grown up so fast, I can't belive it! I wish I could turn back time and go back to all those special moments when he first learned to walk, saying his first word and cherish them for just a moment longer.

He was so excited for his birthday and we had a big count down to the BIG day. We baked ice cream cone cakes for his class and he was so careful to decorate each one special for his classmates!




And this one just cracks me up, what the heck is he doing??

Photoshop

So I got this new fancy CS3 photoshop program, and I am slowly (very, very slowly) figuring out how to use it. LOL!

I am amused, hubby is not!

sending hubby to the store

What happens when you send your hubby to the store for vanilla creamer? Well of course he interprets that as saying "go to Costco and buy the biggest bulk box of vanilla creamer you can find."

um, yep. so that's what I got. I'm good for the next 145 years. LOL! :-)

Dirt Yard....

As many of you know we moved into this nice new house, only it doesn't have grass planted yet. The builder will sod it "once the weather is right". Trent absolutely loves having a dirt yard and loves to play outside and build racing tracks!

....another positive of a dirt yard, is you don't have to mow!! LOL!
